We went through a million options, but basically I have a negative equity of $15000 that would have to be rolled into a new lease, making my payment on even a base model BMW higher than what I am paying now and for a 36mo term instead of my remaining 15mo lease. We looked at doing a buy back of my car instead of a lease trade in, but it was originally so overvalued in our deal that I am still negative the 15000. I listed it on lease trader but doubt that anyone will be interested in this car for that monthly price. They also mentioned financing my car to purchase, but three days after I got the car I was hit and it effected the alignment of the car so I am not interested in this option. We went to another BMW dealer different than the one that originally did the deal and they were shocked at what they had done to us. The only option seems to be for me to keep my car for a few more months and hope that BMW offers a pull ahead program again where they pay 3 4 of the remaining payments to get you into a new car. My boyfriend ended up leasing a new 530e and we plan on using his rebates for the electric car to pay down some of my car, but I would obviously ideally like to find a different way out of this.
A friend of mine had two Grand Nationals, and they were incredible cars. Both were stolen and subsequently wrecked. I’ve had an ’84 Camaro that I built up from nothing and an ’04 GTO (my first car was a 1980 Jeep Wagoneer), but I think my true interest remains in the pre ECU General Motors muscle cars.
There was always the option to install the base with a seat belt which is what we were planning on, but the lady on the phone told me that we wouldn’t be using the base at all and that we’d just have to strap the seat in with the belt which doesn’t seem all that safe to me.
I not making excuses for anyone. My point is that Heroes of the Storm failed in the market, and there are consequences for that. Starting to wind down a failed game after 4 years of trying to make it work does not mean Blizzard is full of corporate dipshits deserving of a mass boycot.
Second, the « all anyone cares about is your tits » is a direct remark against men immediate interest in boobs, and a remark against objectification. This likely would not have been said, if this wasn intended to be brought up that I was somehow objectifying women. The whole deal of men objectifying women isn exactly some sort of underground thing that no one knows about.
This is a stunning car, especially for a relatively small manufacturer price. It’s fast, handles well, is super fun to drive, and is very rare. You could build a basic one up for $55,000 but if you want something to compete with the fastest in the world, look to spend $80,000+.
I know i have not accounted for maintenance, which is definitely the curve ball in this scenario. I have a family friend who has owned a BMW shop since 1980 and is going to examine any car i might get, and will do all the work. So im not too worried about getting bent over in the repair shop.
For that you could choose between the Ferrari and whatever you choose between Merc and Audi. It the series I race in at the moment.Even if I have some experience with GT3 already? As I said, racing in IMSA is a completely different beast. Races are longer, there pitstops, and car setup.
We love it. It a 2017 Premium. It very comfortable with plenty of room for me and someone to sit behind me and my 6 self, it drives and rides great (even if it not as old school cushy as a LeSabre), plenty of power from the 3.6L V6 and surprisingly good MPGs, and we really enjoy the panoramic moonroof.
At this stage in 2007, it was potential challenger BMW Oracle Racing and its club the Golden Gate Yacht Club (GGYC) who were the most vocal in their objection to the terms for the next event. Faced with what they believed was intransigence on the part of the Swiss and the Spanish, they wielded a big stick by suggesting that the Spanish challenge was invalid. The defenders refused to back down and the dispute went to court, where a ruling was issued in favour of the challengers, BMW Oracle and the GGYC.
The summit looks good, but most people are overhyping it a lot. BMW for instance mentions on stage that their proof of concept was succesful, but the future will be long and complicated as Germans (BMW) are very skeptical of new technologies. The concept looks great, but it is not much different from many prototypes on other chains.
What about searching someone car for illegal contraband? That is connected to having a driver license as well but it still illegal to do so without their explicit consent or a warrant. This isn any different. You can just sign away your rights. This is held up in contract law all the time.
I am glad I don have monthly payments now but looking back, buying a BMW was a great decision because I was 24 and I could afford it. Now, after marriage I don see myself buying a German car. I want peace of mind and that something that a German car does not give you. When I look at my wife Camry and her maintenance costs, I wonder is it worth it?
The car was unveiled inside the belly of a cargo plane at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. Inside, BMW’s executives displayed working versions of some of the technologies being considered for the car, including touch sensitive fabrics and interactive projections. As with any concept vehicle, it’s not yet clear which aspects or capabilities will actually be in the production version.
If you’re a motoring hooligan hell bent on grabbing the ring by the scruff of its neck and showing it who’s boss, this course is probably not for you. But if you are smart enough to know that this is a circuit that demands the utmost respect and learning, then Fascination Nordschleife should prove highly rewarding.
Winning won make a difference. Mets were better than the Yankees for a few years, they still a distant second. Jets were much better than the Giants for years, they still a distant second. Islanders were better than the Rangers for YEARS, they still a distant second. NY sports fans aren fickle.
He watched the cameras as the Graze entered the hangar and settled into one of the racks intended for Garm Rodis. It didn’t look like any Graze he’d seen before. It must be some new prototype they were working on. He shut the blast doors again and called for the hangar crew to bring a medical team to the docking bay. Then he took another sip of his coffee and turned the sports broadcast back on.
The thing about PHEVs though is that they are mostly a cheap way for manufacturers to get around emission standards by being able to leave the ICE off for a good part of the test cycle, as well as making their cars useable 바카라사이트 in EV only zones (in some european cities).
People don’t like to factor in depreciation into annual expenses thinking it comes into play only when you sell. But for a very good reason, in accounting, depreciation of assets are accounted each year. So in the case of a brand new BMW (or any other similar brand) your expenses in the first year can very well be almost a 100K.
They probably tweak the pricing after the tax rebate is reduced, but it take time and it probably won be as straight forward as (all prices $1000). So you be stuck in a waiting game after that. If you keep your eyes out between July December you probably be able to recoup most of the tax rebate that you missed, but it ridiculous that you have to even consider that.
Subaru WRX: The WRX was a bit pricy for this list, but it makes it to the honorable mention list due to the great performance and rally heritage offered by the ’90s Subaru sports sedan/wagon. With a turbocharged flat 4 and Subaru’s legendary AWD system, the WRX will be quick on any surface and is relatively easy to modify for more power.
It’s hard to deal with comments, but try to have some compassion that you have not been shown by them. It’s really hard to be struggling when you do work a decent paid job. When the economy gets bad, many people turn on what they see as physical manifestations of what is being taken out of their pockets.
BUT. We never see a gas station on the regular (before you get stuck on nitpicking, I mean not a gas station because the thing doesn take gas, but also primarily mean equivalent SuperCharger, as in something you HAVE to stop at in order to refill energy). Until our first roadtrip, and we own two, count them, 2 M3 LRs for a combined 12+ months (one for 8 mo, the other for an overlapped 4 mo), we had never been to a Supercharger.
The public had also become disenchanted with an event that had become more of an arms race than a yacht race, and the legal bickering had scared off many potential commercial partners. And to sum up just how bitter and twisted the America’s Cup had become, allegations surfaced that a representative of Alinghi’s yacht club had tried to put pressure on the principal race officer to prevent the start of the second race by refusing to operate the starting signals.
It was a mess I accidentally punted one off because he stopped (relatively) on the apex of a fast corner after he went up the inside. It shouldn be that way. If you slower than a GT3 in a GTE, you should be in a GT3. Driven properly, a GTE car is much faster than a GT3 car, and more challenging to drive.Thank you for the detailed response! So I guess I a little confused about IMSA.
Some people will say that you can just go to your fire station or police department. You can’t! It’s best to look it up because it will tell you where you can get it checked, whether you can drop by/if they have a car seat check once a month or every couple of months/if you have to make an appointment. I live in a metro with 2.4 million people and we only have 21 places to get seats checked. Out of those 21 places, we have 2 you can stop by any day of the week at any time, 2 you can make an appointment for any time during their business hours, and the rest either have monthly/bimonthly/quarterly car seat check fairs. I had to set my appointment 24 days in advance because the children’s hospital was so booked out. I would suggest figuring out how to get yours checked soon.
From 1990 1993, Acura sold the second generation Integra, perhaps the most popular among enthusiasts. You’ll want to find one with the 1.8 L engine producing 130 hp or the top level GS R Integra which was first introduced in 1992. Featuring Honda’s VTEC (Variable valve Timing and lift Electronic Control), the GS R’s engine produced160 hp and proved to be a favorite for tuners and enthusiast drivers alike.
I have drag raced BMW cars at a BMW event, and I have noticed most automatics have a limit to how much torque can be output by the torque converter to the wheel. Even if the other guy launched it hard, you should be able to stay ahead at least until the first gear change. If you can shift fast enough, you can beat most non high end automatics.
That includes the price of tires and other consumables, which I have said several times I did not include because those are common. But if you want to do a mile per mile comparison of cost of a model 3 TCO go for it. If you take into account EVERYTHING I have done to the car, I am around $2500. That with Tires, coolant replacement, cabin air filters, brake fluid change, and I sure some other things I forgotten. No major « omg this maintenance is so expensive! » items. Hell the tires on our 3 will likely cost 2x what we paid to re tire our Prius, and will probably need to be done twice as often.
To make a phone call while the vehicle is not in motion, either press the phone button on the dash or on the steering wheel and browse your phonebook or call history using the vehicle’s dash screen. Select the person you wish to call and press the « play » button on the dash. The screen will show the person’s name and phone number category (home, mobile, work, etc.). Press the « play » button again to verify that is the person you indeed wish to call. The dash screen will show « dialing so and so ». When the call is connected, you may talk to the individual using a small microphone imbedded above the driver’s head. You will hear your party through the vehicle’s speakers.
If essentially the same opinion gets reposted it automatically mean it not an unpopular opinion (within the context of the sub). It WILL get removed. If your opinion is about a ongoing event, there will usually be a mega thread where you can discuss there. Attempting to evade this rule may result in a temp or perma ban.
If you disagree with someone, attack their argument, not them. Chances are they aren married to their opinion anyway, although it can sure seem like that based on the rhetoric you see online. Most people don accurately express their level of commitment toward any given position they hold, and we aren all perfect wordsmiths anyway. By attacking the argument, you get to the crux of the issue, keep it non personal (and thereby less emotional) and allow the person to come around to your point of view through reasoned debate and discussion. If you publicly attack them personally, not only are you conceding that your argument is dogshit (since ad hominem is probably the single most widely known logical fallacy) but you remove the opportunity for them to come around to your point of view, demonstrating that you would rather express malice than genuinely seek an better understanding of the issue at hand, let alone attempt to resolve it.
I would have hoped would obvious by now why I am focusing on this. Because this is the dt and this is a topic that I find somewhat interesting and thought would make a descent discussion here. As I’ve said, IRL, I have noticed a correlation between some people who buy status symbols and there level of pretention.
Sorry to come in to this over a week later, but I having similar issues during setup of an XL and one of my gripes to the friend who was present for assembly was not having any sort of accurate measurement for belt tension (or tension/torque on literally anything) in the basic instruction webpages. It not something specific to Shapeoko/Carbide 3D but it certainly souring my experience so far (in addition to a package that arrived with a damaged X axis beam that has made squaring extremely difficult and a number of spoilboard screw holes that had debris causing stripped and damaged screws which are arguably bigger issues than belt tension).
We are currently a one car family so DH (dear husband) and I have been car browsing for quite a while and recently have been car shopping. We have narrowed it down between a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and 2013 BMW X3. Both have all of the bells and whistles we want, but the Jeep is brand new and about $10k more expensive than the 2013 BMW X3 that we are looking at. We figure that insurance, maintanence, and gas for the Cherokee would be cheaper and it would essentially even out over time anyway. We also plan on keeping this car for DD (dear daughter) to drive in 12ish years so we want something that will last.
